Skills & Qualifications Chad Pajerski is a highly qualified and experienced attorney who excels in criminal defense cases. He has been licensed by the State Bar of Arizona since 1999. In private practice since April of 2004, Mr. Pajerski delivers excellent service to his clients by taking a personal, vested interest in each individual case. Pajerski Law does not employ junior attorneys or associates, thereby insuring that all aspects of each case are handled exclusively by Mr. Pajerski himself. Unlike large firms that handle a high volume of cases, Pajerski Law limits the number of active cases to fewer than 25. By doing this, Mr. Pajerski can insure that each case receives the same individual attention and that all the needs of his clients are met. Prior to working in private practice, Mr. Pajerski was employed by the Maricopa County Public Defenders Office, where he was lead counsel on numerous felony jury trials. Mr. Pajerski has conducted over 40 jury trials since 2000. During that time, Mr. Pajerski successfully litigated cases ranging from First Degree Murder, Armed Robbery and complex vehicular charges. Additionally, Mr. Pajerski has supervised the training of new attorneys during the litigation of jury trials. Mr. Pajerski continues to be respected by prosecutors and judges for his zealous yet professional demeanor. For ten years, Mr. Pajerski has excelled in criminal defense with an emphasis on DUI litigation. He has successfully handled thousands of criminal cases in State, City and Federal court. In addition to receiving hundreds of hours of extended training in DUI litigation tactics, he was also selected from over 100 attorney applicants to become a college law instructor at Maricopa Community College thru 2002. He has been responsible for teaching various law classes, including Procedural Criminal Law and Courtroom Evidence and received excellent instructor & student reviews for his work. While studying law at Arizona State University College of law, Mr. Pajerski was a summer associate for a large law firm in the Phoenix Metropolitan area where he received specific training in civil litigation, discovery and dismissal motions and examination of expert witnesses. Mr. Pajerski was a student prosecutor at the City of Tempe’s Prosecutor’s office, where he’s successfully handled numerous jury and non-jury trials. Mr. Pajerski received his Juris Doctorate in May of 1999, and was admitted to the Arizona State Bar Association in October of 1999. Mr. Pajerski has been a resident of Arizona for over 25 years and has a strong attachment to the valley. Zollinger Sigma Phi Epsilon National Outstanding Senior Award while president of the Chapter. He has been proud to serve his clients with the utmost integrity for nearly ten years.
